MONKADELPHIA at the Barnes Museum, 2025 Ben Franklin Parkway in Philly on Friday Dec. 21st from 6 - 8 PM, which of course is the End of the World according to those who believe in the Long Count Mayan calendar, the Planet X Nibiru or any combination thereof, predicting doomsday (yet again) that very night...What a way to go! Anyway, we've got a gig - surely one of the signs of the Apocalypse - and it'd be great to see you. It's FREE with the $10.00 general admission.

I love jazz because I am a singer and jazz inspires me.
I was first exposed to jazz when I was a baby. I grew up in a a musical family.
The best show I ever attended was Dianne Reeves with Romero Lubambo in Rio de janeiro, and Youn Sun Nah at the Vancouver
Jazz festival in 2010.
The first jazz record I bought was Sarah Vaughan.
My advice to new listeners is keep your ears and heart opened for good music.
